Er. Arjun V (PhD IIT Madras)
I am a Visveswaraya Group (TOMS College of Engineering) alumni. The changes brought by Visveswarya group in my life is like spreading light in the darkness. My +2 marks were very low. Even I didn’t qualify for the Kerala Engineering Entrance. At that time I got admission at Visveswaraya Group. The academic atmosphere at Visveswaraya and the guidance of Tom sir, which cannot be expressed in words, caused a dramatic change in me; A transformation that took me from a low performer to an All India Rank holder. After that, due to the coaching from Visveswaraya group, I got admission in IIT Madras, through GATE exam. I Joined IIT Madras for MS, later upgraded as PhD. I never expected an IIT tag with my name. Even in schools I never even thought of writing IIT Entrance Examination. From that position, now I am an IITian, thanks to Visvewsaraya & Tom sir.

I am an alumni of TOMS College of Engineering (Visveswaraya Group). I passed Graduation in Engineering in 2003 and joined Govt service in 2004.I am really proud of my Institution. Most of my friends are well placed in government service, and they are in good position now. I consider this as the main reason for the extraordinary growth of TOMS College.I cannot express my gratitude in one or two words to Tom sir and Molly teacher, his wife. He was 100% sincere towards us. If I have excelled in my service, it is because of the training I got under them, more than the curriculum. I got the dedication, hardworking mentality & commitment from them. Whenever we meet together, we all discuss about Tom sir and the College. I will always be grateful to our College.

I am Irshad, 2003 batch student at Visveswaraya Group. I am presently working in Japan as a wireless architect at HCL.The 2020 S5 result of B.Tech at TOMS College ( Visveswaraya Group) was excellent.TOMS College is ranked 2nd among all private engineering college in the Kerala in 2020 . That is a big… big achievement. It’s a remarkable achievement. It’s not an easy task.TOMS College of Engineering and Polytechnic (Visveswaraya Group) had many successes in the past as well. There had been many All India Ranks and GATE Scores in our time too. Situated in a is small village in Kottayam which is blessed with natural beauty has also been very helpful for our systematic learning methods. All the alumni are now in very high positions. It is a great and great thing to continue to practice the same old patterns and practices even now.
